Electronic Filing for Child Support Services

Dauphin County Domestic Relations (DRS) will utilize E-Services for electronic filing.  Parents, caretakers/custodians, or attorneys can apply on-line for the following support services 24/7:

  • File a child support complaint, spousal support, and/or alimony pendente lite (APL);
  • Pay child support, spousal support, and/or alimony pendente lite (APL);
  • Request modification on an existing child support, spousal support, and/or alimony pendente lite order (APL);
  • Request a recovery an overpayment; or,
  • Withdraw a complaint for support.

E-service filings will interface with the DRS child support system.  The on-line filing date is effective after the DRS reviews and accepts the submitted E-services document.

E-services eliminates the need for paper filings and forms for the above services. Optional self-service filing using DRS computers is available in the lobby for individuals unable to access the E-service website.  Lobby computers are available between 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Check-in is required at the counter before accessing the computers.

Additional information about E-services can be found on the Pennsylvania Child Support website at www.childsupport.state.pa.us or you may contact our office with questions at 717-255-2796.
