The Honorable David H. Judy, Esq.
David H. Judy was born on October 26, 1952, and has been a lifelong resident of Middletown. He is the son of Harry H. (deceased) and Jane S. Judy. He graduated from Middletown Area High School (1970), Harrisburg Area Community College (1972, A.A. Liberal Arts), University of Maryland Baltimore County (1974, B.A. Economics and Political Science), and he received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg (1994, J.D.). He served 8 years on Middletown Borough Council, including 2 years as President. Prior to being elected Magisterial District Judge, he was the managing partner of a retail business in downtown Middletown. First elected Magisterial District Judge in 1987, he is currently serving his third term in that office. He currently serves as President of the Dauphin County Magisterial District Judge Association. He is a member of the Special Court Judges Association of PA, the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the PA Bar Association. He was admitted to the PA Bar in November, 1994.

From PA Turnpike: Get off at Exit 19 (Highspire exit). When you get off at tollgate, follow signs to 283 East Lancaster. Get off at Hummelstown/Middletown exit. Bear to the right and follow until you come to a red light (Vine and Main Streets). At the light, make a right onto Main Street. Continue to the next red light (Middletown Square) and turn left onto Union Street. Second red light, make a left onto 441. Cross over a small bridge. First building on the left. From North or Upper Dauphin Area: Take 22/322 East to 81 north. 81 North to exit 25 on 83 south. Follow to turnpike exit to 83 south. Before turnpike entrance take 283 East towards Lancaster. Get off Hummelstown/ Middletown exit and bear right onto Vine Street. Continue to the red light (Vine and Main Streets) and turn right onto Main Street. Next red light is the Middletown Square, make a left onto Union Street. At the second red light, turn left onto 441. Cross over a small bridge. First building on your left.
