Self Help Center

The Self-Help Center is located in the Dauphin County Law Library on the 4th Floor of the Dauphin County Courthouse. The Self-Help Center provides forms and instructions for various proceedings listed below. The Self-Help Center was established in 2005 and is a collaborate effort between the Dauphin County Court and the Dauphin County Bar Association so that citizens of Dauphin County had access to certain forms and instructions. Packets of forms and instructions can be purchased in the Self-Help Center for a nominal fee. The forms and instructions are available to be printed at no cost. The information in the forms and instructions is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
