How to file for continuance?
Requests for continuance in criminal cases must be filed with the Dauphin County Clerk of Courts Office. You can obtain forms from Dauphin County’s Self-Help Center and reach out to the Clerk of Court for specific information.
Court offices are not able to provide legal advice, they may only tell you limited procedural information.
How do I find an attorney for my criminal matter?
You may contact the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office and see if they are able to have an attorney appointed for you. Click here
