Case Management Services

The Dauphin SCA provides Case Management and Intensive Case Management services to clients. Both levels of case management include following treatment progress and providing support and resources to clients based on their individual needs. 

General Case Management is a service offered all clients receiving SCA funding 

Intensive Case Management is a direct service offered to all Dauphin County residents in need of assistance in determining and obtaining needed support services. These services include: 

  • Housing 

  • Other basic needs (food, clothing) 

  • Childcare 

  • Employment 

  • Education and/or job training 

  • Transportation 

  • Substance Abuse Treatment 

  • Legal support 

  • Mental health 

  • Physical health 

  • Family and social support 

  • Life skills
