Justin Douglas
Elected in 2023, Justin Douglas relies on his 18 years of community service, concern for society’s most vulnerable individuals and strong connections within Dauphin County when making decisions affecting the day-to-day lives of the county’s 286,000 residents.
Justin, who holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in religion, serves as an area pastor. His compassion for others and work as a community organizer have positioned him to reimagine the prison system and bolster mental health services. He continually advocates for the rights of the incarcerated, LGBTQ+ population and people experiencing homelessness.
Justin uses his position as a commissioner to start conversations about the importance of civics and local government services.
Justin and his wife, Brittney, are raising their three children in Conewago Township, where he enjoys hiking the local Roundtop trail with the family’s dog. He coaches CrossFit, continues to be active in ministry and recently published a gratitude devotional.
