Frequently Asked Questions

1.) What is the fee to attend the event and what is included in the cost of the ticket? Ticket prices for the 2024 festival are $60 when purchased in advance and $75 when purchased at the gate. Tickets are valid for the full festival both Saturday & Sunday. You're able to enjoy all live performances and sample wine from regional wineries. A tasting glass is provided. You would typically pay this amount or more to see just one of the acts performing here.

2.) Where can I purchase tickets? Is there a fee for online ticket sales?
Tickets can be purchased online. There is a nominal fee for charging your tickets to your credit card. This defrays the processing fee that we are charged. We make an effort to keep ticket prices as low as we can! Tickets will be emailed to you from "TicketLeap" our ticket processing provider.

If you would like to purchase your tickets in person, please visit:
Dauphin County Parks & Recreation Office
Tavern Building
100 Fort Hunter Road
Harrisburg PA 17110
(717) 599-5188
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

3.) What should I bring with me?

We encourage guests to bring a blanket or chair to sit on for the stage performances. Small coolers are ok but you cannot bring any alcoholic beverages into the festival. All bags and coolers will be inspected at entry. Wine is available for sale by various vendors.

Since there is wine tasting available for guests who are 21 years of age and older, please bring your driver's license. We require this as proof of age for a wristband that allows you to sample alcoholic beverages.

4.) What types of food vendors are at the Festival?
We have several food vendors who offer lots of different types of food. Ranging from Burgers, Sausage, Seafood, sandwiches, kettle corn, and more! We will have a little bit of everything available.

5.) What types of amenities do you have at the Festival?

Parking is available for all guests and is free of charge. Please look for all the well-marked signage. Our parking attendants will direct you to where to park at Fort Hunter Park. We do have several handicap-accessible parking spots available. If you need special assistance, please notify one of our parking attendants.

Restrooms are available near the rear of the event.

ATM will be available and located near the event entrance. Special thanks to Angus Enterprises for providing this year’s ATMs.

First Aid – We take the health and wellness of our guests seriously. An EMT is on-site during the event at all times. The EMT will be parked near the restrooms.

Information Booth – If you would like any information during your visit regarding upcoming events, where to eat, where to stay etc., please visit our helpful volunteers at the Information Booth near the Festival entrance.

Security will be seen throughout the event to ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Food trucks and other food vendors will have food available for purchase at the event.

6.) What happens if it rains?
Our event is held rain or shine. There is a very large tent that is located over the stage and the main seating area.

7.) Can we bring our dogs?
While we LOVE dogs ourselves and think that they are part of the family, we ask that you leave Fido at home during this event.

8.) We are traveling from outside Harrisburg. What other resources can help me plan my trip?
We recommend the Visit Hershey & Harrisburg website where you can find accommodations, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. It's a great place to visit!

9.) If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to email us at dcprevents@dauphincounty.gov or call our office at 717-599-5188, ext. 0.
