Act 29 Owner Information Form - Act 29 of 2026 requires certain property owners to provide the county assessment office with up‑to‑date contact information for non‑owner‑occupied properties. Owner‑occupied principal residences are exempt. The form should be submitted via email to kesworthy@dauphincounty.gov or mail to PO Box 1295 Harrisburg, PA 17108.
