Hauler Registration 

All Dauphin County regulated waste, which includes municipal and construction/demolitions wastes, must be disposed of and processed at the designated facilities listed in the county's PA Act 101 Municipal Waste Management Plan.
 
All waste haulers collecting and transporting Dauphin County regulated wastes are required to complete our Waste Hauler Registration form.

THE 2025 WASTE HAULER REGISTRATION APPLICATION

WHO MUST REGISTER?

Any person or company that collects, processes, transports, or disposes of municipal solid waste ("MSW") or construction and demolition ("C&D") waste generated in Dauphin County.

 
TERMS OF REGISTRATION

By completing and signing the Application, the Registrant hereby understands, acknowledges, and agrees to abide by the Dauphin County Rules and Regulations and provisions of the Dauphin County Municipal Solid Waste Management Plan.

The Applicant agrees to fulfill the Waste Hauler registration requirements upon issuance of a Registration Certificate. Waste Hauler registrations that are issued will be valid from January 1 - December 31 for the related calendar year.
