The South Central Inter-County Phone Network Executive Board will meet at 11:00 a.m. on the dates and locations listed below for the purpose of conducting business and in accordance with South Central Inter-County Phone Network Governance Procedures as adopted by resolution by the County of Adams, County of Cumberland, County of Dauphin and County of Franklin
