Every Tuesday (weather permitting), enjoy a moderately-paced walk around Wildwood Lake while enjoying the trees and animals at the park. -
Preschool Storytime: Spring at Wildwood!
Join a Dauphin County Library System Librarian and Wildwood Environmental Educator for a fun story session for children ages 2-5. Stories, songs, rhymes, play and an activity will introduce Wildwood critters and the joy of books and language to youngsters. This program is sponsored by Altrusa of South Central PA, providing a book for each participant. Space is limited. Pre-registration required. -
Art Heals: Stained Glass Wind Chimes Workshop – Park Rx
Create your own custom stained glass wind chime! During the class, you will get to pick from multiple colors of drilled stained glass pieces that are tumbled in a rock tumbler long enough to make it all very smooth and soft, like sea glass. -

Join Master Gardener Kevin Kelly for a guided walk through the Nature Center’s Garden Beds. Each walk will highlight what’s in bloom, along with shrubs, foliage, structure and other seasonal features that give the garden interest and support wildlife. -

Bird Walk: Peak Migration – Park Rx
Meet Rick and Peggy Price at the Nature Center Parking Lot to search for spring migrants. This can be the best walk of the year when it comes to the variety of species seen. Warblers, phoebes, wrens, orioles, other songbirds and raptors are all a possibility.
